This summer we moved our organization to Office 365 and began using Outlook on a daily basis. Neal was fantastic–he connected with new, intimidated users, but also gave some ‘power shortcuts’ to the people that could use them. We will bring Neal back on a periodic basis for ongoing training–just to make sure we are getting the most out of our technology.
