Just as Jump-start owner Neal Otto was stepping out the door of a recent office efficiency evaluation, his friend and colleague asked for some quick help. He was developing a PowerPoint presentation for their common networking group and needed to get dozens of pictures into the presentation from a previous project.

While in his office, Neal took over the mouse and brought up his list of photos. I clicked on the first photo and then held down SHIFT and clicked on a subsequent photo, selecting a block of files. His colleague stopped him and asked, “What did you just do?” Neal showed him Click, SHIFT, Click. . . something that we teach in every class and that Neal personally does dozens of times every day.
